Please accept the final specifications related to the oncoming Circle of Presidents in Prague.
- Airport pick-up
All the delegations arriving via Václav Havel Airport in Prague will be met by the representative of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in the Arrival Hall. Please look for a lady holding this board:
There will be also CECC welcome desk in the Arrival Hall. - Departure for the Airport
As a rule, the delegations are kindly requested to gather in the hotel lobby 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight time. There will be met by our Staff and accompanied to the respective car. Participants, who leave for the Airport in the course of the cultural programme on Friday, are requested to check-out before 8:45 AM and pass their luggage to the Staff. They will depart for the Airport from Smíchov Brewery and their luggage will be taken in there. - Hotel Corinthia

Upon arriving at the hotel, you will be welcomed by a member of CECC Team and at the Hospitality Desk, which is located on the right hand side immediately after the entrance, you will be given some useful materials and the CECC Badge. Then please proceed to hotel reception to check-in for accommodation you reserved.
Important notice!
The hotel rooms are available from 14:00 o´clock, the check-out time is until 12:00. Those participants, who arrive to Prague early, are recommended to contact the hotel through ivana.nadvornikova@corinthia.com and ask for early check-in (or delayed check-out where applicable). The early check-in fee is €10 /hour.
Breakfast at the hotel is served at the Let’s Eat restaurant on the 2nd floor from 6:30 am to 10:30 am on Monday to Friday and from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Wellness and spa services are only included in the Deluxe and higher room categories, while the Superior category includes entry to the gym and swimming pool for a fee. The spa is open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm every day.Catering within the hotel June 12th 19:00 the welcome reception at Bellevue Hall, the 24th floor (formal) Late arriving participants on June 12th will be supplied with snack in-room (as a courtesy of the Czech Constitutional Court) June 13th 12:00 buffet lunch at the Let’s Eat restaurant, the 2nd floor June 14th 12:00 buffet lunch in the foyer of the Suite 1 hall, the 3rd floor
- Local transportation
Transportation in Prague (hotel-cultural event-hotel) is collective and will be carried out by buses. All the participants will be informed about their bus number (1-4) and are kindly requested to respect the departure times from the hotel. - Ladies Program
The participants in the ladies’ program are requested to meet on June 13th - as well as on June 14th - in the hotel foyer at 10:00 am. The expected return to the hotel is at 03:00 pm. Lunch is included in the programme.
Ladies program is composed of leather bracelet workshop and a small exhibition of unique historical handbags on June 13th.
On 14th of June, the ladies can look forward to a tasting program at the Bruxx restaurant and the Skála confectioners. Program will also include a fashion exhibition by the well-known Czech designer, Blanka Matragi. - Weather forecast - Prague (please, dress properly and do not forget umbrella)
